Online orders can be shipped anywhere within Australia to your nominated street address. To ensure the safe and timely arrival of your jerky, we only use couriers.

We offer door-to-door delivery Australia wide.

Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?
As we use a direct courier service, we are unable to ship your order to a PO Box.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipping provider uses a road-delivery network that is efficient, speedy and fully carbon offset.   In general, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days (in addition to estimated order processing time of 1-2 business days).  Note that orders delivered to WA, NT and TAS can take up to 5-10 business days to arrive after being processed.

Once shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping provider letting you know that your order is on its way.  You can then track each step of the journey.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Small orders under 500g (including packaging) are automatically labelled as 'Authority to leave', allowing the delivery driver to leave your order at your address without a signature.

For orders greater than 500g a signature is required.  If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the parcel your order will either be delivered to a nearby collection point for you to collect at your convenience, or made available for a free redelivery. Follow the instructions provided in your notification email or on the card that has been left on your premises.  If you are happy to give our delivery driver authority to leave without signature regardless of your order size, please indicate this in the instructions box when adding products to your cart (e.g. authority to leave, leave at front door, leave at back door, or leave at reception etc.). Unfortunately we are unable to arrange for a call on approach.
